Window Washing

Window washing is a technique designed to achieve self-stabilization in a sliding window protocol, particularly in the one-to-many case. It can also be applied to similar protocols, such as the Credit Update Protocol for flow-control, due to Kung, Blackwell, and Chapman.

Window washing is described in chapter 4 of my master's thesis.
